Annual Sponsorship Agreement

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

FRIENDS OF THE EXPO - $100.00

  • Recognition as a supporter of the expo on a banner displayed at the show

  • Announcement of your support during the show.

PATRON SPONSOR - $500.00

  • One (1) 3 Day Event Pass

  • Recognition as a supporter of the expo on a banner displayed at the show as well as other community events throughout the year (as allowed).

  • Announcement of your support during the show.

BRONZE SPONSOR - $1,000.00

  • Two (2) 3 Day Event Passes

  • Recognition as a supporter of the expo on a banner displayed at the show as well as other community events throughout the year (as allowed).

  • Announcement of your support during the show.

SILVER SPONSOR - $2,500.00

  • Four (4) 3 Day Event Passes

  • Recognition as a supporter of the Expo and display of your individual banner at the show

  • 8 x 10 photo of the horse show recognizing your support.

  • Announcement of your support during the show

  • Business email or website link. 

GOLD SPONSOR - $5,000.00

  • Ten (10) 3 Day Event Passes

  • Recognition as a supporter of the Expo and display of your individual banner at the show

  • 8 x 10 photo of the horse show recognizing your support.

  • Announcement of your support during the show

  • Business email or website link. 

SHOW SPONSOR - $7,500.00

  • Fifteen (15) 3 Day Event Passes

  • Recognition as a “Show Sponsor” on all our advertising, press releases, flyers, and any other promotion for the Event.

  • Recognition of your sponsorship during the event.

  • Display of your banner/sign during the event at the fairgrounds.

  • Show Photo of your choice

  • Business email or website link. 

CLASS SPONSOR LEVELS

WAGON SPONSOR LEVEL $1,000.00 / $250 Minimum donation

  • Four (4) 3 Day Event Passes

  • Your name and logo placed on a sign that will be displayed on the tailgate of the six horse hitch wagon for the entire expo event

  • Announcement of your name every time the wagon is in the arena

  • Photo of the wagon that you are sponsoring

  • Possibility of a ride on the sponsor wagon

  • This can be divided between 4 people and/or businesses

HITCH CLASS SPONSOR: $350

Six-horse Conformation, Six-horse Driving Competition, or other six or eight horse hitch classes (Classes using 6 or more horse/mule hitch)

  • One (1) 3 Day Event Pass

  • Recognition with the class sponsored

  • Recognition of support announced during the class

  • Opportunity to present award to class winner

  • Photo of the class winner

PREMIER CLASS SPONSOR: $300

Four-horse hitch, four Abreast, Unicorn, Four-horse Driving Classes (Classes using 4 horse/mule hitch)

  • One (1) 3 Day Event Pass

  • Recognition with class sponsored

  • Opportunity to present award to class winner

TEAM CLASS SPONSOR: $250

Hitch Team, Street Classes, Junior Team, Antique Unique, Log Skidding, Obstacle Course, Cultivating etc. (Classes using 2 horses/mules)

  • One (1) 3 Day Event Pass

  • Recognition with sponsored class

  • Recognition of your support announced during class sponsored

  • Opportunity to present award to class winner

SINGLE EQUINE CLASS SPONSOR: $200

  • One (1) 3 Day Event Pass

  • Ladies Cart, Pleasure Cart, Gamblers Choice Cart, Junior Cart etc. (Classes using single horse/mule)
